Founded by Keith Plaster in 2011, Panacea Construction Group has grown to be a trusted partner of Federal Government Agencies such as the Dept of Veterans Affairs, MICC, AFSC, NAVFAC, Dept of Homeland Security, USDA, Army Corps of Engineering, NPS and USCG to name a few. With over a decade of experience, Panacea Construction Group specializes in contracting with MATOC/IDIQ/JOC and other contract classifications. Panacea's experience provides a track record of high-quality construction management and responsive performance.
Government Contracting
Our team's experience is second to none when it comes to understanding government solicitations and procurement styles. We have secured contracts with the General Services Administration (GSA) and many federal contracting platforms, including MATOCs, IDIQs, JOCs, single RFPs, RFQs, Sealed Bids and Negotiated Contracts. We are a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone Small Business certified by the United States Small Business Administration.
